This package is ideal for couples who have already selected their vendors and done most of the legwork in planning their wedding, but are looking for support on the day of their event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Communication with all vendors in the weeks leading up to your big day, where we’ll share the timeline, floor plan, and any special needs you may have.
Day-Of Support
On-the-day support for set-up and tear-down of place settings, decorations, floral arrangements, and other essentials.
Timeline Creation
Creation of a detailed timeline to ensure your day stays on schedule, and management of your timeline the day of your wedding to keep everything running smoothly and stress-free.
Final Details Meeting
A final details meeting the week before your event to ensure everything is in place.
